About The Founder
Our Mission: To develop strong, resilient athletes through purpose-driven training rooted in biomechanics, movement quality, and long-term performance.Neely Performance was founded by Tom Neely — a former collegiate pitcher and lifelong athlete with over 15 years of professional coaching experience.Tom’s journey began at age 4 on the baseball field and evolved into a deep passion for strength training and human performance by age 12. Now 34, he brings nearly three decades of hands-on training experience and a proven coaching track record to every athlete he works with. His approach blends technical skill development, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention into a fully customized performance system.Tom has coached athletes of all ages and levels — from youth players to aspiring pros — helping them move better, perform stronger, and reach their full potential. His philosophy is grounded in movement quality, long-term development, and sustainable results that carry over both on and off the field.
